RESERVATIONS

Booking enquiries must be guaranteed by advance deposit indicated during the reservation. In the case of no payment of advance deposit, booking enquiries will be invalid.

CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS

Cancellation fees:

- Up to 45 days prior to arrival date, advance deposit will not be paid back, but it could be used for a future stay;
- from 29 days to arrival date, advance deposit will not be refunded.
Any early departure will be considered a cancellation.
In the case of early departure, advance deposit will not be refunded and a fee charged up to 100% of entire stay booked.

The balance of the rental price has to be paid cash on arrival.

Check-in from 2pm to 8pm. Other times can be accepted, if owner agrees. No check-in in the night.

Being a holidays little lodgings managed by family, there is no a reception open 24 hours as in a hotel, so that the tourist has to communicate the time of arrival at least 24 hours before the arrival. To go to the lodging reserved without having advised about time of arrival can cause long waitings. This problem cannot be reason for a complaint or a refund. If you arrive late, please advise about the new time.
